What the hell is wrong with these people? A number of high profile Republicans, including Mitt Romney, Marco Rubio and John McCain decried the white supremacists and their violence in Charlottesville, Virginia over the weekend. That’s good… however they then came out with giving the leftist groups there the moral high ground. Romney stated that the Alt-Right was racist, bigoted and Nazi. But then said that Antifa, Black Lives Matter and the communists oppose racism and bigotry. That is stunningly untrue. They are not ‘morally different universes’, they are the same bigoted, hateful universe.

Rubio blamed all violence on the white supremacists and left out Antifa, BLM and the communists. Which again gives them moral cover. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot by trying to act like some paragon of virtue. I can’t take it. And no, violence is never justified Senator. He should know better having come from communist Cuba.

From The Daily Caller:

What was most surprising, however, was seeing prominent Republicans stand up for antifa.

Former presidential candidate Mitt Romney argued violent leftists were morally righteous. “No, not the same. One side is racist, bigoted, Nazi. The other opposes racism and bigotry. Morally different universes,” Romney tweeted Tuesday night.

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio took a similar tone in assigning “100% to blame” for the Charlottesville violence on white supremacists — which amounts to a total exculpation of antifa. Rubio also tweeted out a poorly-worded statement that may have explicitly endorsed left-wing violence.

“When entire movement built on anger & hatred towards people different than you,it justifies & ultimately leads to violence against them,” the senator stated in his ill-formed tweet.

Arizona Sen. John McCain — who fought and was tortured by communists in Vietnam — claimed that violent leftists are great Americans fighting against hate. “There’s no moral equivalency between racists & Americans standing up to defy hate& bigotry. The President of the United States should say so,” McCain tweeted.

McCain was even worse when he called the leftists great Americans fighting against hate. Really? You call fascists and communists great Americans now? After surviving torture by communists in Vietnam. Interesting and so very typical of John McCain.

President Trump made a glaring error over the weekend when he said there were good people on both sides of the conflict in Charlottesville. No, there weren’t. If you go to a protest or rally and you see KKK flags and communist flags in the mix, a good person would turn heel and walk out. Good people don’t stay once they see who is in the mix with them, such as the KKK, Neo-Nazis, white supremacists, Antifa, communists and Black Lives Matter. All are domestic terrorists in my book. There’s no good to be found here.

Why would you embrace and praise Antifa as anti-hate heroes? Nothing could be further from the truth. We all hate fascism and racism and that is a good thing. But the anti-fascists, Antifa, are in fact, fascists themselves. Be careful who you put on a pedestal. They hate everything that Republicans cherish. Our system of government, the flag, the Constitution, patriotism, the military, the police, capitalism and gainful employment. Republicans should make a point of condemning the Alt-Right… but they can do that without justifying the violence of Antifa. It’s insane to advocate a group that wants to destroy you for simply having conservative views. Or, as Antifa says, “Nazi” views.
