Clean Up Crews Just Made HORRIFIC Discovery At Dakota Pipeline Camp
Authorities with the support of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, who cleared out demonstrators protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline have now discovered some toxic by-products of these paid-for protests. At it’s peak, there were several thousand protesters at the Oceti Sakowin camp and they left behind more than garbage it turns out:
According to Dale Ferguson at the Montana Standard, the so-called Dakota Access Pipeline “Water Protectors,” contaminated a thousand acres of pristine grassland (also a sensitive wildlife habitat) besides amassing mountains of trash, human waste and hazardous fuels. Ironically, this will eventually make it’s way into the water supply.
Did you hear that, you ‘Water Protectors’? Great job, environmentalists! Actual conversationalists would have left the place cleaner than it was when they got there, by the way.
These protesters set up camp in August were there to block the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline because of the environmental threat that they claim it brings to the area’s water supply. An early thaw turned their campsite into a muddy cesspool. Included in the debris were dozens of abandoned cars, structures, propane tanks — and 12 dogs and puppies!
Not a peep from PETA – but you could have guessed that, eh?
Big talkers when it comes to the environment and its safety… but when it comes to action, they are enemy number 1 to their so-called beloved environment.
Per PJ Media, Gov. Doug Burgum (R) told KFGO the DAPL protesters left behind tons of garbage that will never totally be cleaned up. He compared the camp where tents had been set up and wooden structures built to something between a landfill and a junkyard.
“This is probably the biggest ecological mess on the entire Missouri River system from top to bottom in this country,” Burgum said.
Some of the “Water Protectors” may have been paid protesters. (Do they really care?) The Sierra Club and Greenpeace were among the organizations that compensated them. Among environmentalists, these organizations are respected and considered responsible. So why did none of their check writers bother to contract for trash Dumpsters and outhouses?
The Washington Free Beacon reports, The group Furry Friends Rockin Rescue, a local animal rescue Bismark, North Dakota, found and rescued two abandoned dogs and six puppies at the camp site.
Julie Schirado, founder of Furry Friends noted that some of the dogs have frost bite, wounded paws, signs of hypothermia, and other potential ailments.
Wow… Trying to save the planet by mouth, but killing it by action. Dumping truckloads of trash and human waste…that can ACTUALLY poison the water supply they are so-called trying to reserve.
Idiots. Hypocrites. Obnoxious asshats.
UPDATE: The Washington Times is reporting that an apparent Dakota Access Pipeline activist missing since October has been found dead floating in the Cannonball River near the site of the former protest camps.
A local fisherman discovered the body of Damjan Nedelkovski, 35, of Glendale, California, near the shoreline at the river’s mouth, according to a press release issued Monday by the Morton County Sheriff’s Department in Mandan, North Dakota.
LIKE AND SHARE THIS WITH PEOPLE WHO DON’T KNOW ANY BETTER. The major media isn’t going to report the aftermath like they did the protesting, so it’s up to you.
