Obama is TICKED! Trump Just Showed Him Up With SPECTACULAR Change to the White House

By  |

From time to time, the White House is illuminated in different colors for different causes. For example, Barack Obama notoriously lit the executive residence in rainbow colors to celebrate gay marriage, a shameful move which angered millions of God-fearing Americans.

Proving that he is a much better man than his predecessor will ever be, President Donald Trump staged a light show of his own over the weekend, but for a much worthier cause…

Spokesman Sean Spicer says President Donald Trump is keeping a promise to the late wife of his friend Bob Wright that he would illuminate the White House in blue if he won the election.

Bob Wright and his wife, Suzanne, founded the advocacy group Autism Speaks in 2005. The organization uses the color blue in its logo.

Suzanne Wright died in 2016.

Spicer says it’s in honor of the Wrights that the White House on Sunday will help draw attention to a “great cause.”

Trump said in a statement, “I invite all Americans to Light It Up Blue, which Melania and I will do at the White House. I call upon all Americans to learn more about the signs of autism to improve early diagnosis, understand the challenges faced by those with autism spectrum disorders, and to do what they can to support individuals with autism spectrum disorders and their families.”

“On World Autism Awareness Day, we highlight the importance of addressing the causes and improving the treatments for autism spectrum disorders (ASDs),” added the president. “We also recognize the importance of identifying ASDs early in a child’s life and of understanding the obstacles faced by people living on the autism spectrum.”
